 HE HERALDRY OF THE REALMS OF BEROERT includes eight colours: black, white, blue, green, red, purple, orange and yellow. These are known by the following heraldic terms:

 RMS ARE NOT DISPLAYED ON SHIELDS, which are normally decorated in the house livery colours; instead, arms are displayed on swallowtail banners, with three points for royal houses, two points for other noble houses. Minor armigerous families use square flags.

RGENT AND OR (white and yellow, or silver and gold) were the livery colours of the empire, and are not used today. Royal houses use a single colour for their livery; noble families use two colours.
